Blessed words of assurance comprise the Lectionary lessons from the Gospel of John for the fifth and sixth Sundays of Easter.

In the lesson for April 20, believers are promised the presence of Christ both in this life and in the life to come. To know the full extent of God’s love for us, we need only to look to Jesus.

In the lesson for April 27, Jesus promises that God’s people will never be abandoned. Those who follow the way of Christ will be given the gift of God’s presence through the Holy Spirit.

Sunday schedule begins with continental breakfast in the reception room at 9 AM and adult church school at 9:45.

10 AM Junior, Senior High Youth enjoy continental breakfast followed by music and study.

11 AM Children in grades K-6 will attend the first part of worship with parents. Children will leave worship after the morning prayer, for music and study.

Infant and toddler care available 9:45 AM until noon.
